Tasked with revamping the Keller Williams brand across three locations, our first step was to establish a clear and purposeful message that would attract younger professionals while showcasing the power of the Keller Williams ecosystem.
The secondary component to the campaign was to accurately convey the corporate restructure in a way that inspired and motivated the team of more than 400 agents.
The campaign became a core component of the brand's beliefs. It included video production, social strategy, email marketing, and brand identity that eventually caught attention from the international office.
The growth team was able to increase the number of recruitment appointments and event attendees, and social media engagement increased by 645%.
