Brief

Tasked with generating more interest in Compass' Concierge program in the Chicago and San Francisco area, we implemented a new blog series highlighting the process with the goal of attracting new subscriptions. 

For existing clients and sellers, the email campaign focused on financial earnings and timeline delivery. We used case studies across several markets highlighting specific home owners who earned 10% more for their home using the Concierge program.

Result 

By combining blog posts with paid media, we were able to increase our blog subscription database by 12% over the course of two months. During the same period, our strategy generated over $3,200,000 in sales with 1,600% ROI.
